北美市场逆变器安规要求2016/2/29 1. AFCI( 故障电弧断路器 ) NEC 690.11 Arc-Fault Circuit Protection (Direct Current). 直流侧故障电弧保护电路Photovoltaic systems with dc source circuits, dc output circuits,or both, operating at a PV system maximum system voltage of 80 volts or greater, shall be protected by a listed (dc) arc-fault circuit interrupter, PV type, or other system components listed to provide equivalent protection. The PV arc-fault protection means shall comply with the following requirements: (1) The system shall detect and interrupt arcing faults resulting from a failure in the intended continuity of a conductor, connection, module, or other system component in the dc PV source and dc PV output circuits. (2) The system shall require that the disabled or disconnected equipment be manually restarted. (3) The system shall have an annunciator that provides a visual indication that the circuit interrupter has operated.This indication shall not reset automatically.带有直流输入电路, 或者直流输出电路, 或者两者都有的光伏系统, 且工作在 80V 或者更高的光伏系统电压时, 要么有列出过的直流故障电弧断路装置, 要么有光伏类型的或者其他列出的系统组件来提供等效的保护。这些光伏故障电弧保护装置必须满足以下几点:(1) 系统必须能检测到正在发生的故障电弧并断开系统的直流输入和直流输出电路。(2) 系统要让已经关闭的或者断开的设备人为的重新启动。(3) 系统必须有一个可视化的报警信号,表示故障电弧断路器已经工作了,并且这个报警信号不能自动关闭。2. RSD(快速关断 ) NEC 690.12 Rapid Shutdown of PV Systems on Buildings. 屋顶光伏系统的快速关断PV system circuits installed on or in buildings shall include a rapid shutdown function that controls specific conductors in accordance with 690.12(1) through (5) as follows. (1) Requirements for controlled conductors shall apply only to PV system conductors of more than 1.5 m (5 ft) in length inside a building, or more than 3 m (10 ft) from a PV array. (2) Controlled conductors shall be limited to not more than 30 volts and 240 volt-amperes within 10 seconds of rapid shutdown initiation. (3) V oltage and power shall be measured between any two conductors and between any conductor and ground. (4) The rapid shutdown initiation methods shall be labeled in accordance with 690.56(B). (5) Equipment that performs the rapid shutdown shall be listed and identified.安装在屋顶或者室内的光伏系统必须有快速关断的功能, 快速关断是通过控制特定开关实现的,必须满足以下几点:(1) 受控开关安装在光伏板一定的距离内,如果开关在室内,此距离是 1.5 米 (5 英尺 ),如果安装在室外,此距离是 3 米 (10 英尺 )。(2) 当快速关断启动后的 10 秒内,受控开关必须保证其输出电压小于 30V 且输出功率小于240VA。(3) 上述输出电压和功率代表任意两个开关输出端或者单个开关对地的值。(4) 快速关断旁边必须打上标签,且标签满足 690.56(B) 的规范。(5) 用作快速关断的设备必须是上市的或者认证过的。
