To be eligible, the SAF must achieve, in general, at least a 50 improvement in GHG emissions performance on a life cycle basis as compared with conventional jet fuel. The tax creditwhich starts at 1.25/gallon of neat SAFincreases with every percentage point of improvement in life cycle emissions performance up to 1.75/gallon.
