电气安全名词术语解释1 基本概念1.1 保安性fail-safe 为防止产品本身的危险故障而设计的性能。1.2 正常状态nromal condition 所有用于防止危险的设施均无损坏的状态。1.3 电气事故electric accident 由电流、电磁场、雷电、静电和某些电路故障等直接或间接造成建筑设施、电气设备毁坏、人、动物伤亡，以及引起火灾和爆炸等后果的事件。1.4 触电 电击electric shock 电流通过人体或动物体而引起的病理、生理效应。1.5 电磁场伤害injury due to electromagnetic field 人体在电磁场作用下吸收能量受到的伤害。1.6 破坏性放电 介质击穿disruptive discharge dielectric breakdown
